Intentional Teas
At a young age, Shanna discovered a passion for wellness, health, and sustainability. She immersed herself in studying with various holistic healers, attended nursing school, and collaborated with local farmers to learn about growing food and medicine. However, a life-altering injury dramatically changed her path. After 4.5 years of relearning how to move and live, Shanna realized she could blend all her training into making plant medicine for her community.
By combining her skills in herbalism, wellness, nutrition, nursing, Reiki, and gardening, Shanna creates herbal teas that provide nutrition and wellness support through carefully selected plants. From planting and harvesting to mixing blends, Reiki energy is infused into the plants, enhancing their healing benefits. In addition to her work with Intentional Teas, Shanna has also started the Wounded Nurses Fund to create resources for nurses injured on the job. Ten percent of every purchase goes into this fund, with the hope of creating a support network for nurses similar to those for military personnel and first responders. Committed to environmental sustainability, all our packaging is reusable, recyclable, or compostable in your home compost bin.
